A public catalog is the wrong shape for mandatory training.
If anyone can find the course, it is not a closed programme. If the platform wrote the material, you cannot stand behind it. If the record lives in five systems, it will not survive an audit.

Learners are invited, or they are not in.
There is no course list and no search. A person reaches a programme because you sent them there.
NO DIRECTORY
They only see the instructor who invited them.
A learner cannot look up providers, shop instructors, or wander into another organisation’s training.
NO BORROWED CONTENT
The material stays with the provider.
SIIVL never authors, rebrands, or resells a course. What you publish is what they take.

When a provider is onboarded, SIIVL issues a dedicated subdomain. Instructors, compliance leads, and invited staff return to that host. A learner invited by John uses john.siivl.com. They cannot see or enter another provider’s host.

Email, invite link, or a single-use code. There is no self-serve enrolment.
Invited learners skip this page. They open the host they were sent — john.siivl.com, not a generic homepage — accept the invitation, and complete what was assigned.

The audit record
Progress, completion, and certificates are first-class. Export a cohort when a regulator asks.

One account on both. Scan a QR code from the web product to attach the app.
THE FRONT DOOR
An invitation is the only way in.
Learners do not create an account on siivl.com and pick an organisation. They receive an email, a link, or a code, and they open the provider’s host. Failure messages describe the outcome, never whether a code exists.
